LIFE REWARDS Booking Policy
Life Rewards Holiday website provides services that are fulfilled by Infinia Services and Solutions DMCC, ("Infinia") a service provider for the Program. Infinia has been selected by Qatar National Bank S.A.Q. (“QNB”) to provide QNB customers the ability to search for and book certain travel services or redeem points for any rewards offered.
The terms and conditions included below are only part of the terms and conditions that apply to Life Rewards program. By accessing this site, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these notices, terms and conditions as well as any other terms and conditions provided on the Travel Site. Please review them carefully before you do your transaction.
While QNB and Infinia make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information on the Sites, you should not assume that the information is always up to date or that the Sites contain all the relevant information available. QNB reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
A. TRAVEL REWARD FOR FLIGHTS
Booking Policy:
  • The total Life Rewards points displayed, includes air fare and applicable taxes. It excludes all applicable airport taxes, baggage or other charges that may be payable at certain airports or by the airline.

  • In some airlines, fare does not include any baggage allowance. Please contact the airline directly or visit the airline’s website for accurate details regarding baggage limits, as rules vary from time to time without prior notice.

  • Customer is required to pay the entire points/amount prior to the confirmation of the booking.

  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.

  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.

  • Kindly ensure that customer has the valid visa, immigration clearance and passport with a validity of at least 6 months. QNB and Infinia, are not responsible for lack of documents produced or other issues that customer may experience during check-in.

  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary of the booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. In the event the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, customer will need to make a separate booking using child fare. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

  • All bookings for flight are managed by Infinia. However, Infinia is not responsible for any schedule changed by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform the same if informed by the airline. It is advisable to reconfirm the flight timings 24 hours prior to flight departure.

  • QNB or and Infinia reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

Check-in:
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 3 hours prior to departure for all International flights, and 2 hours prior to departure for all Domestic flights. However, we would always recommend customer to call the respective airline to understand their check-in policy timings.

  • As per airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours prior to departure.

  • Infants must have valid proof of age documents showing that the infant is less than 24 months old. You need to carry appropriate travel permissions (valid passport, visa, immigration clearance etc.) acquired before departure. QNB or Infinia is not responsible for lack of documents produced during check-in.

Amendments:
  • Infinia can assist with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, customer will need to contact the airline directly.

  • Every booking made on www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

  • If customer amend the booking, customer will be charged the difference in fare, if any, and applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference in the fare amount will not be refunded. The re-booking charges as applicable will be collected and charged to your QNB Life Reward credit card or equivalent points from your loyalty account.

  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Infinia charges an amendment handling fee of QAR 200 per passenger. We will collect these charges from you when we make the changes to the travel plans. We will also collect the difference in fare, if any is applicable when the amendment is made.

  • Depending on the airline policy, some booked fares may not be amended.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • For bookings made through www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com, no cancellations are allowed if done voluntarily. Hence no reward points or credit card cash charged will be refunded to the customer account. For any reasons not initiated by customer, i.e. flights being grounded/cancelled/or any other unforeseen circumstances wherein customers are denied travel, applicable reward points or credit card cash charged will be refunded back into the account. This would be as per the discretion of QNB / Infinia.

  • Every booking made on www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

B. TRAVEL REWARD FOR HOTELS
Booking Policy:
  • The standard check-in time is after 14:00 hours (local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. This could vary according to season and/or city. Please check with the hotel for clarity.

  • An early check-in or a late check-out facility depends completely on the hotel’s room availability on that particular date. QNB or/ Infinia cannot guarantee anything in this regard.

  • Not all hotels include complimentary breakfast. Please ensure this is checked on the program website under the respective hotel’s ‘View Detail’ section, before booking.

  • As a general policy, a single room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and/or 2 adults and 2 children, which the policy may vary from one hotel to another.

Reconfirmation:
  • There is no need to reconfirm the hotel booking, once done. However if you wish to do so, you may call QNB’s 24-hour Customer Support number at 44407777 or directly to Infinia Support team through e-mail at support@infiniasns.com.

Amendments:
  • Once a hotel booking is placed through www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com, no change/amendment in the respective hotel booking dates is allowed. If customer wish to change your check-in and check-out dates, a completely new hotel booking would have to be made. There will be no refund of points granted on the original booking.

  • Please do not call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations, as the same would not be considered.

Cancellation Policy:
  • For bookings made through www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com, no cancellations are allowed, if done voluntarily. Hence no rewards points or credit card cash charged will be refunded back to your account. For any reasons not initiated by you i.e. hotels sold out and/or any other unforeseen circumstances wherein you are denied stay, applicable points or credit card cash charged will be refunded back into the account. This is as per the discretion of QNB or Infinia.

Terms and conditions of the respective hotel partners apply.

C. TRAVEL REWARD FOR CAR RENTALS
Booking Policy:
  • Once car redemption is done by you, the confirmation is not immediate. It takes minimum of 24 – 48 Hours for a confirmation. For any queries regarding the confirmation, you may call QNB’s 24-hour Customer Support number at (+974) 44407777 or directly to Infinia Support team through e-mail at support@infiniasns.com.

  • In case the requested car pick-up and drop locations are different, there could be a surcharge fee in addition to applicable taxes. This will be notified at the time of booking itself by our Support team, and only once a confirmation is sought from customer, the confirmation process would be carried out.

Amendments:
  • Once the car booking is done, the existing booking cannot be amended. However, for exceptional cases, a new request can be made for the revised date/time, provided this request is initiated 72 hours prior to the original booking date. Applicable surcharges would apply.

Cancellation Policy:
  • For bookings made through www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com, no cancellations are allowed if done voluntarily by customer. Hence no points or credit card cash charged will be refunded back to the account. For any reasons not initiated by you, applicable points or credit card cash charged will be refunded back into the account. This again is as per the discretion of QNB or Infinia.

Restriction:
  • To rent a car, you must be within 25 years to 70 years of age. Certain car suppliers however do allow to rent a car between the ages of 21-25 years. There could be a young driver’ surcharge fee applicable in some cases.

Terms and conditions of the respective car rental service partners will apply.

D. e-SHOP REWARDS
Booking Policy:
  • For bookings made through www.qnb.com/Life or www.liferewardsholiday.com, Your reward merchandise will be delivered within 4 -5 weeks with subject to product stock availability.

  • The product offered only be delivered inside Qatar only.

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be exchanged or upgraded.

  • There are some restrictions in region where Infinia won’t be able to deliver products. Once the order is placed, we would be informing the customer and the order will be cancelled if the courier has restrictions delivering in that region.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Once the order is placed, a voluntary cancellation is not permitted. Hence, no reward points/cash will be refunded for the same.

  • There are times when a product request is made by you, but fails to be sent to you due to the product suddenly going out of stock or for any reasons not initiated by you, applicable points or credit card cash charged will be refunded into the account. This again is as per the discretion of QNB or Infinia.

Damage Replacements:
  • In case the product is received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the same at QNB’s 24-hour Customer Support number at (+974) 4440 7777 or directly to Infinia Support team through e-mail at support@infiniasns.com.

  • The damaged product will be replaced although no points/cash will be refunded to you. In the event we do not receive your request within 72 hours, no product replacement will be initiated. There will be no refund of reward points/cash.

Incorrect Product:
  • At times when you receive a product different from what you requested, please contact QNB’s 24-hour Customer Support number at (+974) 4440 7777 within 72 hours of receiving the same or directly to Infinia Support team through e-mail at support@infiniasns.com.

  • The product will be replaced with your requested product although no points/cash will be refunded to you. In the event we do not receive your request within 72 hours, no product replacement will be initiated. There will be no refund of reward points.

Terms and conditions of each of the product suppliers apply.

E. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless QNB and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Sites; (b) any User Content or Ideas you provide; (c) your violation of these Terms of Use; (d) your violation of any rights of another; or (e) your conduct in connection with the Sites.
F. DISCLAIMER
QNB shall not be responsible, whether directly or indirectly, for the quality of services and goods and/or charges to be offered to QNB Customers in connection with the Program
